Will Talbert

Will Talbert assists clients with domestic legal matters in both Missouri and Kansas. Will understands the intensely emotional and high stakes decisions that are involved in family law and vigorously protects client interests.

Will earned Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Missouri Kansas City. After a career in publishing and political consulting Will attended law school at the University of Missouri Kansas City. In law school Will was a published member of the UMKC Law Review and earned Dean’s List Honors in all semesters. Before starting his own firm, Will practiced domestic law and criminal defense law throughout western Missouri and in New Mexico.

Will is a graduate of the Ross Roberts Trial Academy and an active member of the Kansas City Bar Association’s Family Law Committee. He is a member of the Johnson County Kansas Bar Association and is also licensed to practice law in New Mexico.
